I have a problem with brake lights that stay on while driving and won't shut off when I'm done.?

This is a 1986 Corvette. Sometimes the brake lights come on by themselves 5-10 minutes after I have parked the vehicle resulting in a dead battery. I've figured out that the problem has something to do with the master cylinder. I give it a smack on the end with a screwdriver and the lights go out, but if you wiggle the master cylinder slightly the lights come back on. I had my mechanic replace the power booster about 3 months ago but only noticed the light problem about 2 weeks ago. I don't drive the vehicle much at all but it makes me wonder if this is related to those repairs or if it is a separate problem. The reason that I think this is that I noticed that the electrical connector/warning switch on the master cylinder was loose. If that was done wrong, maybe there were other things done wrong. I tightened it and it seemed to make the problem go away but now the problem is back. What is happening here and is there a simple solution?

As I looked up from laying limp in my cold bed, i could see the only things that could keep me warm and alive. Six lanterns sputtering there last tiny breathe of fire. In the next room all i could here was my mother and father fighting over whether or not they should pay for more matches or a doctor. I have a dog/puppy (miniature American Eskimo) that is now one year old. We got her at 8 weeks old, she was very smart and healthy. She learned potty training (peeing outside; sitting by/scratching the door when she need to go out) very quickly, about when she was 6 or 7 months she was completely potty trained. All went well for the next 6 months, no accidents or anything. But recently, actually on her b-day (Nov. 4) she started peeing inside again. And, if you say "'come on lets go outside", she immediatly squats and pees, and if you reach down to pick her up quickly to take her outside, she starts peeing (while in the air). Its like she forgot that shes supposed to pee outside and thinks that picking her up or saying 'Let's go outside' is a command to pee. She's very smart and we have no other problems with her, and since this peeing inside is relativly new, I'm not really sure what to do. Punishing her or rewarding her after she goes outside doesn't work.

Are my symptoms STD-related?

A month ago I was ually active with somebody (only oral and kissing) and I have been feeling ill over the past couple of weeks. The symptoms were an irritated throat and a mild itch inside the tip of my . I got tested a few days after (pee test, bloodwork and they stuck the q-tip thing in my ) and the doctor also treated with me antibiotics for an STD on the spot just in case, because I was in pain. They never called me back verifying whether or not I had anything which usually means you don't and either way I would have been treated for it, right? So weeks have gone by and my throat was still hurting.. I didn't get a throat culture done, because they told me that the pee test would be able to tell everything regardless. One morning, I woke up with BAD stomach pains, and I even threw up. I rushed to the clinic and when I was seen by a doctor, I explained to them my story and they looked inside of my mouth and told me I had a throat infection...I was relieved to know that something was actually wrong (that could be treated), because I was miserable. He gave me 5 pills of Azithromycin which I used. However, I think the infection had been building up for so long that those 5 pills didn't exactly cure it. I went back and the same doctor told me that I still had an 'ulcer' in my mouth (which he didn't tell me last time). He also gave me a heavier dosage of a different prescription Amox and I'm still taking those and my throat symptoms have gone away, but my stomach is still hurting. I know the pills may have side effects, but I honestly don't think thats it. I even used the bathroom multiple times to see if it was just gas or something, but nope. I haven't been able to sleep, because of it and I've been to the clinc/doctor 4 times this month. Okay, here's my question (sorry it took so long, but I had to give the details) do you think it's possible that since I didn't get a throat culture done I could still have an STD and them not know it? You know your body and when something's wrong. I asked my partner before we did anything if they got tested recently and they said yes. They also said they were tested again after we messed around and were clean..

Great danes help please?

So my family and I have wanted a great dane for quite some time. We have done research and it the end decided to go with a great dane in rescue because there are so many of them out there. We worked with our local Great dane rescue to find one that met our needs, and found one. She was big a beautiful and got along wonderfully when we had our meetings ( walks, brushing, petting, lifting, ect) So we decided to adopt her. On the way home she became a different dog. She was growling at the kids and even nipped at them a few times. We though ok she is probably nervous in the car so they stopped petting her. All this time she was very lovey with me, laying on my lap giving me kisses. Then all of a sudden she turned around and bit my son. he didn't try petting her or get close to her or anything. He went through his pants and broke the skin. So we took her back before we got home. Her foster parent was very understanding, and sorry for what ha happened. I really wanted to get a dane from rescue but now I am nervous. i have found it hard to no if a breeder is a good one or not, with conflicting info telling you that yes a novice can be good, or that you can get a good Dane for a reasonable price.

I stepped on an Electric screwdriver bit back in August. My foot was sore for two weeks but it healed. While the wound was open, I cleaned it twice a day every day and kept it bandage and covered with neosporin. I had a tet shot prior to the incident. My heel stopped hurting and it healed completely from the outside. About 3 weeks ago my heel started hurting on and off. Now it hurts every time I apply pressure on it. What is going on? Yes, it's normal. My ex cheated, was abusive mentally, emotionally and physically (I really do suspect he is a true narcicst.) I DONOT love him anymore. Even though I went through all that with him, we had three beautiful kids that I couldn't imagine life without. The only thing I really regret is that he ever treated me that way, and that things didn't work out, although i'm still wounded from it, I feel like i'm a stronger person now, and that it was a reason that he came into my life. Where can I get a dog and not have it spayed/neutered?

I'm not an against spaying/neuter freak, but I just want to get a dog that can have puppies. I'll go through the process of checking before breeding and all of that and breed responsibly, but I need to know of somewhere that I can get a purebred that would be healthy and fit. Preferably a GSD (German Shepherd) but other dogs would be fine (no mutts please although I love all dogs). Oh, and I will absolutely make sure the puppies get good homes. Also, I WILL NOT let them breed with stray dogs or people's dogs who the people don't want puppies. My 2 yr male doxie is very shy and fearful and has recently gotten much worse.?

We rescued him from Louisiana - a breeder got rid of him because he was too shy for their purposes. He is very lovable and at first was thriving with our family and becoming less fearful every day. We also have a 2 year old female who is very active - she is definitely the leader and sometimes plays too aggressively for his taste. Until recently they played happily together although he started having a few peeing accidents a few months ago if someone reached to pet him too quickly, etc. Now he pees every time we say his name, try to pet him, or even move anywhere near him. He spends most of his time cowering under furniture. If he rolls over for us to rub his belly, he pees as soon as we come near him. We can't let him in rooms with carpeting (which is nearly the entire house) and I can't imagine this behavior continuing. There is no abuse in my home although I suspect he was abused before we rescued him due to his shyness and cowering nature. But within the last few weeks he has become worse than when we rescued him 9 months ago! Any suggestions?

A man that worked at this store said that as he was buying the girly drinks and the fact that he came in with his two daughters who must have been 16 that unless they produced an ID he could not buy the alcohol, as it was most likely that he was buying the alcohol for them and he was, they were having a party or something (yes i was very nosey and listened) But i learnt in citizenship although it's illegal to buy alcohol underage it's not illegal to drink underage the same with smoking. I think they said that as long as you have your parents permission or supervision, i can't remember then you are allowed whether it be a sip of wine or a bottle. The man that worked there said that it was supermarket policy. But their policy contradicts the law. They didn't have the right to not allow a man in his 50's who was clearly older than 21 to not buy alcohol even if it was for his daughters as it was a party, did they?? As HE was buying it. Do they have a right to do that?

Feeling tired all the time all day, dizziness,anxiety?

My sister suffers from panic and anxiety disorders. The first time she had one, she went to the ER b/c she thought she was having a heart attack. first of all why does it have to be done in 5 months.....I am a diabetic and need to lose weight and my dr. told me to eat small meals and the stomach would start to shrink so you don't need as much to fill you up, you will feel hungry in between meals until you get used to it but hold on because it does work and stay dedicated to it. It took a while to gain the weight and it will take a while to lose it. Good luck to you. if you feel like a snack in between meals keep it healthy

So i have had my period fro 2 month now i just turned 13 and i got it for the 1st time in decemberand im on it now. Both my sisters have their periods. And there names are kelsey and sally. In the begining of my pregnancy, my levels were a bit elevated (got a + a week before my missed period) and then they were going up by more than triple. At 5 weeks they seen a gestational sac (just one) and then I had bloodwork and the doctor was concerned then because she said my numbers were very high to only see a sac, and she had us both scared. But then 2 weeks later, we got another u/s and I had a fetus and a heartbeat (again, only ONE). I have heard of one baby hiding behind the other, and also I heard that twins can come from one sac. But is it possible to see only one fetus and heartbeat if there is two in there? I am now 14 weeks pregnant and just curious. I umed at our 5 week appointment, that one sac ruled out twins, but now im not so sure. It might sound stupid, but Im just a bit curious as to how this works. Thanks!

Why won't my pacman frog eat?

I have had my pacman for a couple months now and he is about 2-3 inches long. And he just dosent eat enough. Why can some people be SO rude and pushy about feeding?!?

I understand that " is best" - however, that is just a general rule. It is not always the case. I fed my son until he was 4 months, and because of low weight gain, decided to switch to the bottle. It was emotional at first, but I knew that formula, at that point, was best for him. He flourished, and I think he enjoyed the formula more than he did me! I knew I could have pumped, or supplemented, or both. However, in my opinion, being a happy mom, who's not exhausted by merely feeding my child, is what's best. I'd rather spend the time playing with my son than sitting on the couch pumping and making formula AFTER feeding him. Anyways, I just find on here that a LOT of people are really pushy about BFing - even when the person isn't even asking people's opinion about it. It's sad - we're all parents and should support what other parents are doing, and not be condemning about it. (Unless a parent is doing something completely unsafe, of course.) I just feel bad for those moms who get ragged on for not BFing. It's each person's choice, and we don't always know the reasons behind it. Everyone has their own. I don't think BFing is wrong, of course (I am pro-feeding, but not pushy about it), but neither is bottle-feeding. One or the other can't make you a good or bad parent. Why is this? Any insight? I love to go to upscale lounges/clubs in NYC. i Have always gotten it with promoters I know with no prob. I had a very strange and disturbing dream last night. I was watching the news (in my dream) and they were covering a story about a woman who was murdered in my hometown. They had video footage of a woman with her back turned (i guess she had a camera in her garage) doing laundry in her garage. All the while she was doing this, there was an eerie face of a guy staring at her from her garage door window. Then for some reason, she stopped doing laundry and took a gun and some bullets from a shelf and started loading the gun. Then she stopped because her doorbell rang and she went inside her house to go answer it. While she was gone, the guy at the window came in and took the gun and shot out the camera and everything went dark. The news report then continued saying that the eerie guy had shot the woman when she came back into the garage and killed her, then chopped her body up into pieces and burned them. He was never found. After that, they showed a picture of the murdered woman (who's face I recognized in my dream but once I woke up I had no clue who she was) laying on the couch smiling with a man and a little boy who I would've umed was her husband and child except for they were my fiance and his son. When I woke up, I was furious and jealousof seeing that picture but like I said, I couldnt recognize who this woman was once I woke up and I couldnt figure out why would I had a dream so horrible and why would i dream about someone being murdered if I wasnt the one doing it
