Under present President,PM and ministers of Corrupt UPA govt. can india become Super power and become economic

Most people think at heart,india is a poor country of corrupt rulers of past ,present and future.It will never be economic power as even govt bluffs openly and show rich business corrupts,never real poor,starved villagers.I personally feel that 99% officers acquire and retain their posts and positions through corrupt means.Your views ...!
