Does anyone know a good pain management doctor in Poplar Bluff or surrounding areas?

I am 27 and have 5 bulging discs. One is pressing against my spinal cord and I would like to see a doctor that does not want to give me injections and all that. I just need something for pain. I have been dealing with this for 5 years. And honestly, I feel the injections the pain center gave me made it worse. I also have many other things wrong with me amongst that. Any suggestions?
