Microsoft Excel Spread sheet formula question?

In microsoft excel I'm using the formula =(c4*c2)+(d4*d2)+(e4*e2) where c4 d4 and e4 are test scores and c2 d2 and e2 are the weights of the test scores. 20%, 40% and 40%. When I enter this formula, I get 63600.0% but I need to be getting 636, what should I do differently?
