Pregnancy after misscarriage?

i had a complete misscarriage 2 wks ago at 6wks,only had some light bleeding for about 4 days,had all the tests u/s bloods and everything has went bk 2 norm, have had since the m/c, have got bloating metallic taste swollen constip... etc is it poss to be pregnant straight away?? or could this still be symptoms from before?? grateful for any advise x
