ok so i think i eat enough for how much i work out but my mom disagrees. so for breakfast i normally eat like a orange or some yogurt after i run a mile, i eat a apple or banana for lunch , im a really competitive swimmer so i swim between 2,000-3,000 yards a practice with 100 sit ups then i normally eat like a 100 cal snack pack for snack and then like some eggs or some chicken with a salad then like a chewy bar before i go to bed. does that sound enough? i have no idea really.
