How do I stop her from leaving?

The only thing you can do is tell her that you think she's making a mistake, and that you'll be there for her if she decides not to leave. You can say I WONT LET HER GO all you want, but the fact is she's an adult and has to make her own decisions. You can't force her to do anything.
