How is dreamworld economically sustainable?

If you live in Australia and know well, the theme park Dreamworld, it might not convince you, how sustainable economically, environmentally and socially, it is. If you want to clear your doubts, just looking NGO specialized in environment and do your research there. At first glance, to my knowledge, is economically sustainable, but environmentally and socially I dare not say, to what extent it is.
