Why are so many kids chavs?

It appears that the new generation consists of a large about of uneducated, badly behaved misfits. Has this always been the case? Do they all grow up to be good citizens? Or will the UK's population be made of a large majority of criminals? Who will be the lawyers? Who will be the MP's? Who will run the county? it seems like none of this new generation are deemed fit to have such jobs....as a 16 year old I worry that i'll be working along side arrogant and violent people...It seems that most of the younger generation are destined for working in McDonalds or just selling drugs.....please tell me I am the uneducated one and that I am worrying about nothing...
