Are video games cool yet?

I mean Jesus Christ it's the 21st century, if you haven't embraced technology you must be living under a rock! The artwork is superb and they are outselling Hollywood box office gross. Oh Avatar made a billion dollars? Modern Warfare 2 practically made that in one weekend! Something like half of american households have a device that plays electronic games. So where's the love for games? They get bashed more than any other entertainment. So it's become the norm for people to sit on there es for 5 hours and watch movies but god forbid you play some Gears of War for 3 hours straight!
