Are McCain's $5000.00 private school vouchers really backdoor racial segregation?

The vouchers are for under privillege children who are quallified to go to private schools but can't afford it. They get a chance like everyone that can. What's wrong with that it was started by democrat's not McCain he's just keeping it open your leader Obamanuts doesn't want it and his girls go to private school!!!!
