Looking for a song based on the ending lyrics "Our love, Our Love, will be..."?

I hear this song on the radio all the time (not a current hit, it's probably from early 2000s or late 90s) but can't remember any lyrics but the very end when the male singer is belting our "Our Love, Our Love, Will be..." and I always ended it in my mind with captivating but that's not what it is. I thought the song was by Dave Matthew's Band but I haven't been able to find it at for them. It goes on after that portion of it for maybe another 20 seconds and fades out. It's very Dave Matthew's Band-esque. Possible Hootie and the Blowfish or Counting Crows?? Not sure, but it's been driving me nuts for a month now and I have yet to hear it again. Please help if you can!!!
