Is it normal to dream about the same person (not a family member) EVERY night?

If someone dreams bout the same person EVERY night( no exaggeration) what does that mean exactly? The person in the dreams is not a family member. The person in the dreams is a real person. Is there a chance that the person in the dreams is, in turn, dreaming of the dreamer? Please, help me.
